What if they let the terrorists in Hawaii but banned them from the mainland? The morons in Hawaii want their state to be destroyed. Since it's an island, once in Hawaii they can't get into other states like in Europe where terrorists can get through the EU's open borders. Why should states sue the federal government? Let private citizens worry. States need to follow the law, not make up laws.
