2000 Ramallah lynch terrorist released from prison
Following a retrial and new evidence which made positive identification difficult, Haitham Muari plead to lesser charges and was released from prison. Victim's father: 'I do not see any reason for the IDF court to deal with an appeal of such a despicable murderer. What do we want to show? That we're just, that we're honest?'

 And they bring him to Gaza.  This is a bad decision. Now he will try to murder again and he gets there only encouragement. :o

It sounds to me it's a way of showing a little contempt to  Jewish victims of terror attack and encouraging more terrorism.  The man himself is a terrorist then no surprise here he is using hidden ways to perpetuate his conflict.

Nor is there any doubt, the same method used by the British and Germania is now used by the Israeli government; A little bit; classical pavlovian  conditioning; at a time without being pressed until there is total submission. Clearly, this is part of a wider scheme to extend nietaniaiyhu's business
