There is some good news. Chaim always says the Arabs never are expelled from their illegal homes.

I think this has nothing to do with expelling. It is simply the cancellation of a rent contract. But the process took too long. The owners of the house should sue the state of Israel for compensation. 2017 - 2009 = 8 years!
