By Ishmaelite standards Dahlan sounds like quite a fellow, one that Israel could do business with.

I think he became a citizen of Serbia a few years ago.

 These characters are all bad, some worse than others as it goes, however, he was
 accused of alleged involvement with the demise of Yasser Arabfat, a terrible crime and
 loss to sub-animal humanity. The Israel/Fakestine "problem" should not even be an
 existing issue and it would not be if Israel did that which the Bible commands and what
 is right!
