The federal government should charge him with other crimes.

The last time someone got convicted in California were the Menendez Brothers.  You know the 2 brothers who killed their parents.

Are you serious? They are so many courts and trials in California. Do you mean that the jails are empty? It's a large state. Maybe you mean high profile cases.
