Yom KiPURR- you can break it up into Yom- a day K-like Pur- Purim.
No, it's yom kipur, kipur from the word Kapara (penance..or somthing like that) .

Yes. Yom Kippur is not a day of mourning. It has musaf offerings just like all the other holidays in The Torah.
What are the five prohibited activities?
-
Aslo a note to Jews who might not know this- It is a big mitzva to eat the day before Yom Kippur. This Mitzva even takes precedence over learning Torah :o .

One who has two festive meals the day before Yom Kippur considered to have fasted both days. The first meal should be before Mincha and the second meal after Mincha. The second meal should not include fish.
Thats true, but also to eat as much as possible (it might be funny, but it is true). your right about fish, but its good to eat fish in the morning. " There is a custom, the Ben Ish Chai writes, to eat fish on Erev Kippur. And he says the custom is specifically in the breakfast"
- also its good to avoid fatty foods, hot milk, eggs, dates, and more. One should be careful not to eat them past breakfast. http://dailyhalacha.com/displayRead.asp?readID=389
