Title: PROPOSED BILL WOULD ACCEPT ALL JEWISH CONVERSIONS FROM ABROAD

Not sure if this means reform and conservative conversions from outside Israel would be recognized for right of return. That would be a disaster.

They already are,however they can not get married divorced or buried here
