Title: Baby naming in Pittsburgh temple shooting

I saw one news report that said it was probably just a baby naming because a brit is not usually done on Shabbat. But a boy is named at the brit and there is no separate baby naming. If the boy was born on Shabbat and the brit is not delayed, then the brit is on Shabbat. I heard it was a homosexual couple so if it was two men, who is the mother? And is the baby Jewish?

I also heard this from this lecture by rabbi mizrachi, who I also enjoy listening to.

However I made a promise to myself to trust but verify the things which are stated in these lectures.

So aside from rabbis’ lectures, does anyone have actual information of this specifically?
