Because of his hostility & contempt  towards religious Jews both Chareidi/"Ultra Orthodox & National Religious/"Modern Orthodox" as well as his trying to lower the standards of conversions & general contempt & hostility towards the tenets of Judaism!!!!

A question comes to mind.  Being that Avigdor Lieberman is considered Pro Russian / Pro Putin,  what political parties for the most part do people in Israel that are originally from parts of the Soviet Union that are anti-Russia / anti-Putin support?  Especially,  if these people are heavily against Russia and Putin.
