In Croatia gay parades are held, but they are wildly unpopular. In 2013 Croatia banned same-sex marriage in a referendum. 65% of voters agreed that marriage is matrimony between a woman and a man. Dr. Schulman told me that is a great merit for the Croatian people.

Yes, sadly they are held in Serbia's capital Belgrade for few years now. There are no gay marriages in Serbia. Serbian prime minister is openly lesbian.

The justice minister here in Israel was also an open rump ranger but now that we have a new government he has been replaced although it may not be much of an improvement also they have the so called "pride" marches here but same sex marrages can not be performed within the borders of Israel but those done outside of Israel unfortunately will be recognized

I'm not sure if this is case in my country. It would be interesting to know.

Did G-d punish Serbia for homosexuality by taking away Kosovo?

Vast majority of Serbs still consider Kosovo as a part of Serbia. Homosexuality promotion and all the liberalism came in recent years. Situation is not that bad as in Western countries. Serbs are against gay marriages and any government that approves them will be in a great problem. These are the videos of protests in Belgrade against gay parade in 2001:

It's unreal how these perverse things are celebrated.
There are no parades so far celebrating common sense,
machismo, or anything promoting humanity or for the
most part, anything that is a good, righteous cause with
maybe the exception of the Israel Day parade with very
few other exceptions. So, of course, Slavic Eastern
European countries as well as the rest of the world as we know it should not permit this.

Actually there was a straight pride parade last year in Boston/
