Title: First time I tried rose hip wine very tasty

I found one old bottle of rose hip wine in a basement of a house that I had to empty. Tastes very well. I have to tell you.

I have drunk before "wine" from different fruits, but this is definitly the best!  ;D

Can you describe it in terms of wet/dry and bitter/sweet ?

It is very sweet not bitter., but fruity. Not like a German Eis Wein that is only sweet.  I once bought from DORONIA "Kiddusch-Wein". This matches it very well.

Huh. So you don't have to worry about the kashrus like it's grapes, you just assume it's made like beer and contaminants would ruin it?
