What a joke. More welfare? Those lazy blacks have been mooching off taxpayers' dollars, and she actually wants to give them more, on top of the handouts? Tell these bums to go find some work! There's no way these black bums can't find jobs with Affirmative Action in place. They have more opportunity employments than any one, even whites!
