Weiss is open "orthodox". When we talk about someone that joined deform we don't call them a convert, at worse we say a reform convert. The word that indicates worthless should be there next to convert if you put it. I propose we call them open converts, which are exactly like reform convert, we need a quick word.

Open Orthodox don't have a problem with averot. For them what's the point of converting if you do mitzvot.
