Of course it is forbidden! See for example, Igrote Moshe, Yoreh Deah Vol. 4, Siman 11:4 that if the holiday is in the books of their religion, participation in the holiday is part of the prohibition, "In their statutes you shall not go" - Leviticus 18:3

A Jew celebrating any non-Jewish religious holiday violates the commandment in Deuteronomy 13:1: "Everything I command you that you shall be careful to do it. You shall neither add to it, nor subtract from it."
