Do you really believe they give you energy? They just say that to make money.

I don't know if they give you "energy" but they help me stay awake.  They're loaded with caffeine, I don't know how much the other ingredients really do, I just drink it because I don't like coffee so I use it as a coffee substitute.

Bottled water can contain more impurities than tap water.

If it contains B vitamins as well as caffeine it will boost your energy.

Yeah, they're packed with all sorts of vitamins especially B vitamins.  The energy drink I usually have (Monster) has 100% daily value of two forms of vitamin B. What about the ginseng, taurine, and carnitine?  Do you know if any of that does anything or is it just a way for the energy drinks to throw fancy names out there to make it seem like the energy drinks have something in them that nothing else does?

I had Johnny Walker blue label once and I wasn't very impressed with it.  It tasted sort of bitter and herby to me.

I like the Rockstar energy drinks that are sweetened with fruit juice instead of straight sugar or corn syrup.

Yes this is true. In the U.K tap water is checked 8000 times more per day then bottled water. Bottled water is sometimes just a way of people selling you a fancy bottle, there are some brands that are even selling at £12 =$24 a bottle.....in health shops.

To be honest I'm not sure about the validity of the effects of ginseng, taurine and other herbal supplements.
