  ‘niceness’ that is influenced by impurity, agendas or ulterior
  motives and that of genuine niceness, although rare, that is
  ones’s nature and coming from the heart and soul.

Well said. By the way, we owe a lot to the author of the blog. He suggested Odysee as a platform for JTF videos.
