  Rav Tovia is asked vital questions in
  a well conducted “interview” to which
  he provides impressive answers while
  covering a great deal of ground focusing
  on multiple subjects and found particularly
  enjoyable was his admiration for the more
  modern wise Jewish “prophet,” the Chacham
  he favorably compared to Rambam  ZT”L
  I believe that this individual was at least at
  one point from Portugal.
