Serbian Resistance

http://galliawatch.blogspot.com/

Recently I posted an article on President Sarkozy's views on Kosovo, a region that he says will inevitably become an independent Muslim nation, insisting also that the Serbs will have to accept this decision, if they want to be part of the EU.

Well, it seems not all Serbs want to be part of the EU. At least not at that price. This article is from Le Monde:
Quote

The parliamentary resolution on Kosovo, voted on by an overwhelming majority on Wednesday December 26 in the Serbian parliament, creates confusion, but brings one issue out in the open: Serbia has not ruled out breaking off relations with the EU and those countries that might recognize the independence of Kosovo which seems inevitable.

"The international accords that Serbia will sign, including ASA (Accord on Stabilization and Association), with the EU, must take into account the maintaining of sovereignty and the territorial integrity of the country," underscores one of the main articles of the resolution supported by the 220 deputies (14 voted against, 3 abstained). (...)

Defiant towards Brussels, the parliamentary resolution rejects the decision of the 27 heads of State and of governments to send a European civilian mission to Kosovo, to replace the UN mission sent in 1999 when the province was placed under an international administration. The European mission fulfills a requirement that was worked out by the United States and the main member countries of the EU who support an independent Kosovo under international supervision. Belgrade finds this plan unacceptable.

If the resolution is careful not to express more explicitly a possible break with the Western powers, it is due no doubt to the Serbian president Boris Tadic. "We will do everything so that Kosovo remains in Serbia and Serbia remains on the road to Europe," he explained. As the presidential election approaches, he adheres to the sentiment of a part of his electorate that is torn between a desire for EU membership and the fear of being "blackmailed" by Brussels: giving up Kosovo, which is 15% of Serbian territory, even though its inhabitants are 90% Albanian, would be the price exacted for membership in the EU.

If it were only up to the Serbian Democratic Party of Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica, the tone of nationalism would have been even stronger. On Wednesday the prime minister denounced Washington. "The United States consciously sacrificed the State and the interests of Serbia (...) for the sole purpose of creating a quasi-State where NATO would become the ultimate organ of power." The parliamentary resolution postpones indefinitely the integration into the Atlantic Alliance, by proclaiming "the military neutrality of Serbia (...) until a future referendum can be held (...) on this issue."

Mr. Kostunica sent out a "message" to some 100,000 Serbs living in Kosovo, who are "full and complete citizens of Serbia": "They have their own government and Parliament in Belgrade." And he hinted at the risk that northern Kosovo, attached to Serbia and home to 40% of the Serbian Kosovar community, might secede.

Questions: If northern Kosovo seceded, would it be in a blood bath? Or can such a secession take place peacefully?

What will happen to Serbia if it refuses to give up Kosovo? Won't it be better off without the EU?

If Muslim Kosovo becomes independent, will it be part of the EU, making it the first official Muslim country to be part of the Union, and paving the way for Turkey? Serbia cannot possibly want Turkey in the EU. How are they dealing with that issue?

Here are three reactions from readers of Le Monde's article:

- The Serbs resisted the Turkish invasion, prevented the propagation of Islam in Europe for centuries. More recently Serbia was the only country of Europe to free itself from the Nazis without the help of Allied troops (Russian or American)... How can anyone expect this people of resistance to kneel before the obscure political interests of the Americans.

- Let us remember that Europe needs nobody, and needs Serbia even less, frankly. Let's not reverse the roles. All countries of good will are welcome. Let Serbia (minus Kosovo) stay in its corner, if that is what they want. It will not prevent Europe from advancing. And welcome to independent Kosovo.

THIS MUST BE A KKKROATALBANAZI

- The peoples of Europe make so many demands to exist: Corsicans, Basques, Bretons, Flemish, Kosovars... Why not rename these pieces of land EUROPE, and put an end to this wrangling? Maybe that it how we will succeed in creating this Europe that we all dream about!

What do you guys think from Al -  Mondo?

I assume EUSSR is to biggest enemy now.
Don't worry, they are a threat to the whole of Europe.
Turkey must get out of NATO. NATO must get out of Kosovo-Serbia. Croats must get out of Crajina. All muslims must get out of Christian and Jewish land. Turks must get out of Cyprus. Turks must get out of "Istanbul". "Palestinians" must get out of Israel. Israel must become independent from USA.

I think boris tadic and vojislav kostunica are trying to save face, for the balls- and asslicking of our former enemies.

The one and only true leader of Serbian opinion is sitting in the Hauge.

As my (wise) grandfather said: "If you want to judge if a Serb is a true Serb, He is sitting in Hauge or wanted by them."

The whole of Serbia should march on Kosovo and expel the muslim nazi filth along with the u.n admins. Kosovo is Serb land and nobody has the right to take it away.
The satanic barbaric deathcult of islam spread like a cancer throughout the world, killing and destroying everything it touches. muslims are like the hiv/aids virus, subverting the societies of non muslim lands only to allow the cancer of islam to consume and destroy. muslim, I curse and hate you, your 'prophet', 'g o d' and deathcult.

Yes, you're so right,
we should lick them, slowly,
so that they do not get hurt...

 ::)

And we also should apologize
for not having been killed by their BOMBS...

 8;)

And we should give
Serbian Vojvodina to their hungary,
BEFORE THEY order us to do so...

 8;)

So, we could remain fidel dog-like "friends" to them,
getting just some foot-shots in our Serbian ass,
from time to time, hoping we do not disturb them too much,
with our very existence...

 8;)

How diplomatic...

How honorable...

How coward.

What do you mean, Serbian Cetnik ?

Is it a phrase like our Serbian one:

"Доћи ће наших пет минута"
(pronounce: "Dochee che nasheeh pet minoota"),
meaning:
"OUR five minuts (of revenge/glory) will come" ?

Something like that:P

Nostradamus 2

There was a german man who said about the 9/11 attacks a prior to it happening.
He saw djinjic getting assassinated before it happened

He said that the third world war started with the bombing of Beograd.
He also said every country in the world will fight except for Serbia, japan and a third one.
China would win, the US would loose and fall apart. Russia he didn't speak of.
He said Kosovo would be on the map in 2009.

But he said Serbs would revenge all their former enemies because now Serbia was stronger than ever. And every country in europe has wasted her resources and wouldn't be able to intervene (Nato).

:) lets pray he is right.

The whole of Serbia should march on Kosovo and expel the muslim nazi filth along with the u.n admins. Kosovo is Serb land and nobody has the right to take it away.
Every European should join the Serbs in that march, all who refuse are traitors.

I quote "Beerfest" the movie

"- what are those monopoly money for"
---------

Those Serbs that don't help Serbia in her time of need should be damned forever. As the Serbs that didn't fight for Kosovo the first time.
St. Sava please put the curse on the traitors. Amen.

You're right, Ambiorix,
Europeans should show other things
than false propaganda, bombs and embargoes to the Serbs.

They betrayed us from too long a time.
