Since he's no longer in charge of Cuba, Moore wants to invite him.

Moore doesn't care about what Castro has done to Cubans. He just wants the publicity. Moore's attitude is the true supremacism. He thinks that his making more money off inviting Castro with him and gaining notoriety is more important than ending the oppression of the Cuban people.
