The popularity of talk show queen Oprah Winfrey has significantly declined ever since she declared her support for presidential candidate Barack Obama last spring, according to polls.

Last month, latest poll figures suggested that Ellen DeGeneres had replaced Oprah as America’s favourite talk show host, reports Contactmusic.

Oprah recently discontinued the political forum on her website- just shut it down without a word of warning.
(You'll remember that the forum made the national news because of the attacks on Oprah for supporting Obama instead of a candidate of her own gender)
