Saw You at Sinai?

I should think the name Saw You At Sinai should be enough clue as to why religion the site caters to.

it's not obvious that it's a dating site.

The link suggests - people you met at mt sinai?

it could be a witty joke that could apply to anything creative or bland.

In Britain we have a youth group called Sinai.. and a school called Sinai.   It could be Alumni for that youth group..

Christians identify with the word Sinai too.

So no it's not obvious what that site is without going to it.

So you'll have gentiles going to that - hopefully- thinking "oh, that's not for me". What a waste of time. Better that they are saved from going there in the first place.

Actually, I've visited the site.  They list Jewish singles events across America, and some in Canada.  It's worth a look.

it has a shadchan so expect the range to include some modern orthodox religious girls.

it depends on the girls on the website.  You enquire about the girl beforehand and the website is largely irrelevant.
