White, working-class residents in Netherlands continue to riot over immigrant crime.


At least 130 people have been arrested after a second night of disturbances in Utrecht, both in the city centre and fringes of the neighbourhood Ondiep. Police said the arrests included a number of football supporters from FC Utrecht, Feyenoord and Amsterdam Ajax who had come to the city looking for trouble.

Police sealed off Ondiep in an effort to avoid further incidents. Two people were arrested in the neighbourhood on Monday night when youths went on the rampage after a 54-year-old man was shot dead by police. A community centre was set on fire and destroyed during the disturbances.

On Tuesday night gangs of youths gathered in various places around Ondiep. In one incident, stones and bottles were thrown at the police, in another fires were set. The situation in Utrecht had normalised by around midnight, NOS tv reported.

In Ondiep itself there were 60 arrests, mainly for breaking the ban on forming groups in public places, NOS said.

Ondiep is a largely white, working-class neighbourhood and is the focus of the city council’s urban renewal efforts.

In the Utrecht neighbourhood of Ondiep saw riots in the past two days after the police shot a man, Rini Mulder. The man had been fighting with a group of immigrant youths who were intimidating the Ondiep residents on Sunday. They had attacked a pregnant Dutch woman. When police arrived Mr. Mulder raised his arm to indicate that he had called for them. A policeman shot and killed him.

The killing caused fury amongst the working class White population. Mr. Mulder had been popular amongst his peers and they blamed the police for being too cowardly to touch immigrant youth. Killing Mr. Mulder was the spark that ignited the riots. A former police station in the neighbourhood was burned down on Sunday evening. Football supporters joined the fray and confonted the police.

Snouck mentions that local people have accused the police of being afraid to touch immigrant youth and have set up their own protection group. According to the Brussels Journal, there are several immigrant neighbourhoods in Europe that the police consider no-go areas.

The war against — and within — the west
At the Washington Times, Paul Belien describes what happens in Belgium when someone tries to warn against radical Islamisation:

About three years ago, young men dressed in black moved into the neighborhoods. They had been trained in Saudi Arabia and Jordan and adhere to Salafism, a radical version of Islam. They set up youth organizations, which gradually took over the local mosques. ‘The Salafists know how to debate and they know the Qur’an by heart, while the elderly running the mosques do not,’ she said. They also have money. ‘One of them told me that he gets Saudi funds.’ Because they are eloquent, the radicals soon became the official spokesmen of the Muslim community, also in dealing with the city authorities. Ms. Uijt den Bogaard witnessed how the latter gave in to Salafist demands, such as the demand for separate swimming hours for Muslim women in the municipal pools.

Worried immigrants told Ms. Uijt den Bogaard what was happening. On the basis of their accounts and her own experiences she wrote (confidential) reports for the city authorities about the growing radicalization. This brought her into conflict, both with the Islamists and her bosses in the city. The city warned her that her reports were unacceptable, that they read like “Vlaams Belang tracts” (the Vlaams Belang is Antwerp’s anti-immigrant party) and that she had to “change her attitude.” The Islamists sensed that she disapproved of them. They might also have been informed, because there are Muslims working in the city administration. One day, when she was accompanied by her superior, she was attacked by a Muslim youth. Her superior refused to interfere. When she questioned him afterward he said that all the animosity toward her was her own fault.

In the end she was fired. She is unemployed at the moment and gets turned away whenever she applies for another job as a civil servant. Last week, she learned that city authorities have given the job of integration officer, whose task it is to supervise 25 Antwerp mosques, to one of the radical Salafists. Meanwhile, the latter have threatened her with reprisals if she continues to speak out.

Belien observes that the real battle against Islamism is taking place not in Iraq but in Europe. On this evidence, things aren’t looking too great for western civ.

I read a news report regarding this situation the day after it occurred, and it varied greatly in detail from this Canadian version.

According to Dutch newspapers, the usual Muslim street trash began molesting and harassing a pregnant white native Netherlander in Utrecht.

Another native white male Netherlander walking on the same street responded to her distress, telling the Muslim youths to stop and leave.

The Muslims pulled a knife on him.

He disarmed the assailant, and called for police.

A Muslim woman police officer arrived on the scene, saw the white man holding a knife, and shot him dead like a dog.

This is the actual story as originally reported, and now you know the reasons the good and decent white Netherlanders of Utrecht rioted, and continue to riot.

The original article also said that the concerned and frightened neighborhood citizens first went to their mayor's office, and the Socialist woman mayor responded to their legitimate grievances by telling them "...Your way of thinking is not going to do you any good...".

In other words...she told them that opposition to murderous Islamics was politically incorrect thought, and therefore they were to blame for refusing to accommodate Moslem garbage.
