RESOURCEFUL - support them
SPONTANEOUS - enjoy them
TALENTED - believe in them
UNIQUE - affirm them
VULNERABLE - protect them
WHOLE - recognize them
XTRASPECIAL - celebrate them
YEARNING - notice them
ZANY - laugh with them....
