Anyone good with computers mp3s and jtf audios

I'm having a bit of an issue. I recently got an ipod and downloaded itunes which required updating the computer and downloading quicktime as well.

prior to my updating of the computer I would click the mp3 link on weekly jtf or on the archives and it would download the file in mp3 format but ever since i have quicktime which i do need for itunes instead it redirects me to a new page and plays the audio instead of downloading it.

last night i tried removing quicktime and downloading the mp3 and it downloaded it perfectly.

Does anyone know what options or setting i can do to correct this minor problem i'm having with this?

I don't use M$ but if I remember correctly this will work. Right click on the link and then choose "Save As"and it will direct you to choose the directory to save the file in.
