It's an interesting document. I am torn on this one because I don't have a medical background to tell me if this level of quarantine is needed. While most people need to be able to go about their business each day should they still be able to continue if they are sick and can spread something like the Swine Flue. Quarantines for medical reasons have been used in the past so this is nothing new. The question here is..... Is this so called pandemic being created to give and excuse to quarantine or is the government doing whats needed to stop the spread of a legitimate illness. Only time will tell.

This is really quite frightening. It sounds like this could be an excuse to put "in quarantine" any political opponents they would like to, and then expose them to a virus on purpose.
