Scott Brown (R-MA) for U.S. Senate
« on: January 17, 2010, 09:33:23 PM »
This is an important election because if he wins, the Senate Republicans might be able to block the Obama health care bill. All polls show that the race is close. Unfortunately, I can't vote because I'm not turning 18 until March.

Intrade, where people bet real money on the outcome of elections shows Brown at about 60% and Coakley at 40%.  OBama stumped for Coakley today and apparently was not impressive.  It is looking very promising.  If the Democrats cannot win Massachusettes they are in deep trouble.
We all need to pray for Barack Obama, may the Lord provide him a safe move back to Chicago in January 2,013.

Scott Brown believe in a 2-state solution, so if I were a voter I would only hold my nose for him.

I guarantee you that Coakly is not better on that score.  Also keep in mind that the last four Israeli Prime Ministers have endorsed the two state solution.  It will be hard to find Americans taking a stronger stand than the Israeli government.  That said, Brown is not perfect but preferable to Coakly and would be a major black eye for Obama.

For the sake of this nation pray that he wins! If you live in Massachusetts VOTE FOR HIM!

His victory will derail the Obama, Pelosi, Reid, HealthFraud bill and stop it cold! The legislation the leftists are pushing through to bankrupt you and this country!

Brown is facing an uphill fight against voter fraud from the likes of Acorn and Labor thugs.  And even should Brown win, the Dems could still delay his swearing-in and/or go for 'reconciliation', a rarely-used legislative route that requires only 51 Senate votes to win.  Naturally, they'd like to avoid that kind of ugliness, but they're certainly not above it.

But I sense one positive in Brown's favor:  This election is to complete the term of Dead-Ted.  I get the sensation that some marginal Dems are displeased, and they may be willing to sit this election out, particularly because they'll have the chance to vote Brown out in 2012 anyway.

May we live in interesting times.

Look at this article, not one picture of Scot Brown, of the 7 related pictures linked to the main pic on the article, we have 2 pics of Coakley, one of Ted Kennedy, a couple of historic pics of Mass Senate races of the past, no Scot Brown pic, not one, he is the candidate leading the race last I checked! LOL!

This is true.  Its sorta a matter of their priorities.  For Obama, its a HUGE priority.

Michael Huckabee.

Also, I look at, "which politicians could care less about if an actual 'two-state' solution happens"; its chic to say "2-state" atm, but is anyone "married" to the idea?  Not so much.

- I doubt Palin would lose any sleep over "Cast Lead 2".  And if AK oil got opened up by [a President?] Palin, well, the house of Saud declines in value as a direct result.

Huckabee has my vote, as long as his view does not change on Israel.

Yes!! I am watching his victory speech now he seems like a nice average guy. Best of all he is not a friend of the shvartza or his policies.

Stunning historical upset, this guy who no one knew 2 weeks ago and down 30 points in the polls may have saved the nation. And to do it in the most liberal state, makes it all that more remarkable.
The tea party movement is only gonna get more stronger and emboldened by this.

I'm glad the tea party movement is getting stronger but I'm very concerned it won't be as conservative as we think. When I went to a tea party it was the most politically correct thing I've seen since college.

Well, he won and that's good. I don't think that he'll make a difference with this healthcare thing. It is something that those in the invisible government want so it will come about one way or the other. I do hope that this is an call to action to boot out the rest of the demoncrats when the time for their reelection comes. Tomorrow I write to Legosy, Boxer and Feinstein and others with only three words in the mail; those three words are, "you're next scumbag."
