Brown is facing an uphill fight against voter fraud from the likes of Acorn and Labor thugs. And even should Brown win, the Dems could still delay his swearing-in and/or go for 'reconciliation', a rarely-used legislative route that requires only 51 Senate votes to win. Naturally, they'd like to avoid that kind of ugliness, but they're certainly not above it.
But I sense one positive in Brown's favor: This election is to complete the term of Dead-Ted. I get the sensation that some marginal Dems are displeased, and they may be willing to sit this election out, particularly because they'll have the chance to vote Brown out in 2012 anyway.
May we live in interesting times.
