Part of the problem with low literacy rate is that they want to keep women ignorant and unable to defend themselves so they refuse to allow many of them to learn to read.

FIAT/El NASR  clones don't count),Acomputer designed i & made in Syria or Iraq ?

Thanx that they are illiterate. When they are illiterate and have created so much havoc in the world, then if they would have been literate then how much more havoc they could have done to the world.
