Sounds like you're dehydrated. 

Fasting is very difficult for me too.

About a half hour left here. I have no AC at my place, but it has been pretty easy for me. I drank a lot of water and had rice before it started. Fasts in general are not very hard for me. A fast gives me an opportunity to reflect on some aspect of life that I rarely get a chance to think about.
