Munich /TZ - the well-known Imam of Munich’s Darul Quran mosque is in jail for beating one of his wives severely, in fact so bad that she sustained several broken bones.
A police spokesman confirmed a report from the Bavarian broadcast (BR) on Tuesday evening in Munich. A preliminary investigation was launched and a warrant of arrest issued because of black-out danger (supposed to prevent intimidating the victim and witness tampering). According to BR the Islamic clergyman has already abused one of its three wives one week ago. Sheikh Abu Adam injured the 31-year-old badly. She suffered several fractures and was taken into protective custody from police officers, away from the dwelling of the 40-year-old imam. The police received a distress-call from a lawyer called by the victim. In the meantime the woman remains under police protection. According to the report the Islamic clergyman, who preaches publicly again and again against domestic violence and against jihad, was considered a gladly seen guest with the integration/multiculti-interfaith- rounds organized by well known social engineers . One week before his arrest he held a speech at the Catholic University Municipality of Munich.

München – Der bekannte Imam der Münchner Darul Quran Moschee sitzt wegen des Verdachts der Körperverletzung in Haft. Er soll einer seiner Ehefrauen mehrere Knochen gebrochen haben.
Einen entsprechenden Bericht des Bayerischen Rundfunks (BR) bestätigte ein Polizeisprecher am Dienstagabend in München. Ein Ermittlungsverfahren sei eingeleitet und Haftbefehl wegen Verdunklungsgefahr erlassen worden.
Laut BR soll der islamische Geistliche bereits vor einer Woche eine seiner drei Ehefrauen misshandelt haben. Scheich Abu Adam habe die 31-Jährige schwer verletzt, sie habe mehrere Knochenbrüche erlitten und sei von Polizeibeamten aus der Wohnung des 40-Jährigen befreit worden. Die Beamten waren von einem Anwalt informiert worden, den das Opfer selbst angerufen habe. Inzwischen stehe die Frau unter Polizeischutz.
Dem Bericht zufolge galt der islamische Geistliche, der öffentlich immer wieder gegen Gewalt und gegen den Dschihad predige, als gern gesehener Gast bei den vom städtischen Sozialreferat veranstalteten Integrationsrunden. Eine Woche vor seiner Festnahme habe er noch bei der Katholischen Hochschulgemeinde Münchens gesprochen.
