They're a private company, and an evil one at that. Unfortunately we can't stop them from taking this stuff down while leaving Nazi stuff up. One day perhaps there will be better people running such companies that will make better decisions.
There is no customer support whatsoever for Youtube. I found this out recently when I called Google and asked about it. I called twice and was told the same thing both times, there is no direct help for anybody regarding youtube, it all comes through either automated forms or other users.
