The following excellent video commentary by Liz Berney took place at the Manhasset Republican Club Meeting back on January 31, 2011.     Here's the description of the videos.     Part 2 of the video has the same description,   except it's classified as Part of 2 of 2:

This is Part 1 of 2 of a video series in which Attorney and Republican Committeewoman Liz Berney talks about the Judical decision by U.S. Florida District Roger Vinson that the National Healthcare Law must be declared void. Liz Berney spoke at the Manhasset Republican Club within hours of Judge Vinson's 78 page decision. Liz's presentation and answers to questions illustrates her vast knowledge on the subject. She didn't even need to look at her notes during the entire presentation.

In a challenge of National Healthcare Law by 26 states, Judge Vinson ruled that "because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire Act must be declared void." .

Liz Berney ran for Congress in the NY 5th Congressional District in 2008 and 2010 against Democrat incumbent Gary Ackerman, who has been in Congress since 1983. Liz Berney often speaks out against the National Healthcare Law, where as ultra Liberal Gary Ackerman is a strong proponent of the National Healthcare Law. . As well as the vast majority of Obama's overall agenda.

Below is the link to Liz Berney's website. While all of the articles on the site are well worth reading, the ' Maybe We Should Tax People Who Don't Buy Broccoli? ' article from December 1, 2009 jumps out especially with Part 2 of this video series:

"Israel's leaders seem to be more afraid of Obama than they are of G-d. Now we're getting to the real root of the problem. Secular politics won't save Israel. Denying the divine nature of the Jewish State has brought Israel neither stability nor peace. When that changes Israel will finally be blessed with both in abundance"-----------NormanF   ( Posted on Israel Matzav's Blog )
