Egyptian anti aircraft missles reported in Sinai
« on: August 21, 2012, 09:37:52 AM »
More Great news from Israel-  The country that always positions itself behind the 8 ball.  And I mean always!

This day was bound to happen- because Israel gave back the Sinai for a  worthless piece of paper- that you could wipe your a_ _ with.   Actually it's worth less than that- because Israel framed it and put it on a wall.   So it's  not really usable for anything.   All the Jewish land given to the Arabs is always used against Israel.

Some additional pertinent  information  I located on the internet:

In the prelude to the Yom Kippur War of 1973, Egypt moved anti-aircraft missiles close to the Suez Canal, despite a commitment not to do so. Israel chose to ignore the move, and the result was catastrophic, when the missiles shot down numerous IAF jets after war broke out.
The Israeli government has asked Egypt to withdraw the armored vehicles it deployed in Sinai 11 days ago, in contravention of the peace treaty between the two nations, according to Al-Quds Al-Arabi, which quotes Israeli sources.
Israel said that the deployment of armored forces in the El Arish area was only reported to it retroactively by Egypt, after the forces had already been deployed. Once Egypt supplied Israel with the full details about the extent of the deployment, the Jewish state asked Egypt to withdraw its armor from northern Sinai.

Israel should strike against those missiles at least.

It's quite possible Egypt senses a strong possibility of an Israeli war with Iran, and  Egypt has  anti-aircraft missles in Sinai  to open another war front against Israel, if the opportunity presents itself.

It may be correct.
