Democrat Voter Fraud Plans Moving Full-Steam Ahead
« on: August 30, 2012, 04:20:23 PM »
I cannot figure out why a court would consider voter ID laws to be unconstitutional. The Constitution garuntees every citizen ONE and only ONE vote in every democratic election. But for some unknown reason the democrat party seems to think that the democrat should be allowed to vote more than one time. This is a crime which they are condoning implicitly. The democrat rats play a game by registering democrats multiple times {with various misspelling of names} so that a democrat can vote as many times as he/she likes {I am registered 4 times not by my own choice}. As Chaim and others point out democrats also use the names of pets and dead people when they go to the polling place.

Here is a story about how the decrepit texas state court has overturned a law which was meant to prevent people from voting multiple times. Voter ID is plain and simple and it is not prejudice. The fact that the government requires ID for many things {including SS and DMV records} shows that it is not discriminatory. But of course we know that the democrats are just doing whatever they have to in order to steal this election.

A Texas law requiring photo identification to vote was rejected by federal judges in Washington, the second time this week that election rules approved by Republican Governor Rick Perry were found to disenfranchise black and Hispanic citizens.

Today’s ruling by a special three-judge panel marks the first time U.S. judges weighed in on the Obama administration’s effort to use the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to block a state from requiring photo ID to participate in an election. Texas is one of eight states that passed similar laws last year that Republicans said would prevent voter fraud and Democrats said were designed to suppress the vote for their party.

“The state of Texas enacted a voter ID law that -- at least to our knowledge -- is the most stringent in the country,” U.S. Circuit Judge David Tatel wrote in the decision. “It imposes strict, unforgiving burdens on the poor and racial minorities in Texas are disproportionately likely to live in poverty.”

Tatel, appointed to the bench by Democratic President Bill Clinton, was joined by U.S. District Judges Rosemary Collyer and Robert Wilkins. Collyer was named by Republican President George W. Bush and Wilkins by Democratic President Barack Obama.

Texas is one of 16 jurisdictions with a history of voting rights violations that under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act need approval to change election procedures either from the Justice Department or a special panel composed of district and circuit court judges in Washington.

It is 'funny' that the democrats protest because they claim it will suppress the democratic vote.... WELL OF COURSE IT WILL BECAUSE DEMOCRATS ARE THE ONLY ONES VOTING MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! Duh!

You shall make yourself the Festival of Sukkoth for seven days, when you gather in [the produce] from your threshing floor and your vat.And you shall rejoice in your Festival-you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the orphan, and the widow, who are within your cities
