People commented that it's a joke. If it's real, it's a Chillul Hashem that they act like that on a video promoting a holy cause. They even had to stick out their tongue imitating the virus (Cyrus).

Also, they had to use the bad grammer of Cyrus as if they have an Ebonics level knowledge of English.
