Not that hard. But not sleek.

A lot of cheap tablets use the AllWinner A10/A20 all-in-one chip.

I have the cubieboard 2 that uses the A20 dual core ARM processor. It comes with the Android 4 built-in.

Building your own desktop replacement is definitely a possibility in the very near future.
