There is a five year statute of limitations for prosecution of rape in CA and PA. There is no statute of limitations for 1st degree rape in NY, so they could bring charges in the Cosby rapes which occurred in NY, but they won't since it will be unlikely that they would get a conviction or an indictment from a grand jury without forensic evidence to bolster the case, but there is some talk of opening a case in NY, but don't hold your breath.
