I don't even think that would pass in most sharia courts. Lol Cruz can abolish the IRS for doing that, but it's not going to stop the lawsuit jihads against anyone the alu ack boomers want silenced. If the law passes, they would permanently be able to get taxpayer money to use the courts and impose jizya on those that disagree, not that just having to hire lawyers doesn't do it already.
