I don't know who filmed it. Or what was the motivation for filming it; and I don't yet have confirmation from a second independent source. But I figured those that take an interest in the Temple Mount, might be interested to see the video.

By the way someone should consult with a qualified Rabbi, for example, those at the Machon Hamikdash - the Temple Institute, under what conditions is it permissible to enter that area and when is it forbidden.
