I don't agree with what Rabbi Mizrachi said. The Jews of Germany had no chance of survival. They were a hated minority no matter what they did. Especially when Germany's economy tanked. And Germany needed a scapegoat to blame. It wouldn't matter if the Jews were all right wingers, and super religious. Hitler and the vast majority of the German people despised all Jews not just the left wing Jews Hitler describes in Mein Kampf.
At any rate, the whole world assisted and contributed to the Holocaust, not just Germany.
I just can't help thinking of how this world was harmed in every way after the murder of 6 million Jews. All of the medical discoveries and technological advances that were and are lost forever. The world would be light years ahead of where it is now had the Jews not been erased from the Earth.
Thank God, we have a strong Israel now. But Israel's leaders sure aren't protecting the Jews who live there. Jews get picked off one at a time, day after day, year after year. And they face Iran who threatens them repeatedly with a nuclear Holocaust.
If Israel keeps getting the worthless leaders they have, we're headed for another one.
