No its not. Recently I read the article "Israel - The settlements are not illegal" by Arthur Cohen in the magazine CICERO. He pointed out, that Jews are allowed to settle in ALL parts of the British Palestine. It is written in the resolution of San Remo in 1920.
But foremost it has to be remembered in all clearity, that the League of nations - that decisions are accepted by the Uno (Article 80 of the UN charta) has determined in San Remo 1920, that Jews are allowed to settle in all parts of Palestine.

The Jews took only areas, where nobody lived. So there is no violation.
In the end are double standards and antisemitism left.
