Thing is, the Chinese don't even steal patents from the Middle East, go to wipo and scroll through them, it's like a high school science fair. They patented a rubber band you put around your face with your phone stuck to it and call it a hands-free mobile device. The people pay the several thousand a year fee to upkeep that patent. I'll admit that the USA consistently holds the top 10 stupidest patents every year, but Utah puts out more patents in a year than 1.1 billion muslims have in the history of patents, so it's to be expected.
