He was indicted by the ICTY (International Crimes Tribunal of Yugoslavia) in Hague for crimes against humanity. He went there voluntarily and has been sitting there without trial for 4 years.
Why did Seselj surrender voluntarily? Yes!!

He had a choice. He wanted to go there and that is what he did. Serbian Radical party is not alternative but true solution from 1992 until today.

If he did not go voluntarly, the government of Djindjic would arrest him and surrender him to the Hague. He had very, very, very little choise...

They even surrendered Milosevic to the Hague in 2001. In 2003 Yugoslavia was named after Serbia and Montenegro. Serbia and Montenegro was ruled by pro-EU freak Zoran Djindjic. Djindjic settled the accusation against Seselj and when Seselj went to the Hague, Djindjic said take him and do not bring him back!

Why didn't he go undercover like Karadzic and Mladic? Mladic still manages to evade the Hague (in)justice

I do not know what Novakovic is talking about but Seselj wanted to go to Hague several years before Djindjic came to power. They refused to give him a visa

SERBIAN RADICAL DENIED VISA TO VISIT THE HAGUE. Vojislav Seselj, leader of the Serbian Radical Party and accused war criminal, has been denied a visa to visit Holland to testify at The Hague, Nasa Borba reported on 21 February. Seselj has said several times in recent weeks that he wishes to go The Hague to give testimony against Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic. He told the press that he had to be officially invited by The Hague to receive a visitor's visa for Holland. The Hague war crimes tribunal has said that it will listen to anyone who wants to testify but that it does not issue invitations. -- Stan Markotich

Did Seselj believe he would have a fair trial in Hague? Today it is clear that Hague tribunal is as objective as NKVD or Gestapo.

Of course he did not trust the Hague... No real Serb does that... Like I said friend he did not have much choise, because the government of Djindjic would arrest him and send him to the Hague just like Milosevic and other who have been accused by the Hague..
