A Jewish and an Arab-American congressman are seeking co-signers for a letter urging greater U.S. funding for PLO/Hamas Arab Muslim Nazi Authority reforms.

Rep. Gary Ackerman (D-N.Y.), the Jewish chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives Middle East subcommittee, and Rep. Charles Boustany (R-La.) initiated the letter.

"We are writing to both commend you for your efforts to reinvigorate the Israeli-PLO/Hamas Arab Muslim Nazi peace process by convening an international meeting this fall and to respectfully suggest that additional measures by the United States in the near term will be necessary to preserve the possibility of success," says the letter circulating in the House. "U.S. assistance should be used -- and should be designed to leverage international support -- for financial and personnel reforms in the PLO/Hamas Arab Muslim Nazi Authority, for housing or other labor intensive projects, for the effective operation of a PLO/Hamas Arab Muslim Nazi police force and an independent PLO/Hamas Arab Muslim Nazi judiciary, and for long-term economic development and job creation programs."

The letter is backed by an array of dovish pro-Israel groups, including Americans for Peace Now, the Israel Policy Forum and Brit Tzedek v'Shalom as well as Churches for Middle East Peace, a coalition of mainline churches; the Arab American Institute and the American task Force on Eretz Yisrael.

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee has not taken a position on the letter.

This is why Arabs and Muslims cannot hold ANY political position in the US. The Muslims love the left-wing, because they're just as nuts as they are, and they all want to help the Muslims! Harry Reid loves Muslims, and believes that George Bush is the cause of Muslim hate. According to him, the Muslims are innocent. He believes in the 9/11 conspiracy theories. Everything he has said suggests that he does.

Liberalism is communism. Communists want to turn their country into a jungle, so, they admire Muslims, because all their countries are jungles.

Gary Ackerman is a Muslim, and would love to help his fellow Muslims out as much as he can.

Congressman Ackerman was named an Honorary Graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy for his continued support of the service academy located in Kings Point, New York.

When I was a young girl Gary Ackerman ran the Flushing Tribune.
I remember him coming to the Octoberfest, held in Flushing Meadow Park on the Queens Botanical Garden side, every year.  He was a big fat dirty slob.
He looked like he never bathe and wore the same dirty t-shirt year after year.  
Many years later, after he was elected to the house of representatives, I sat at a table next to him in a restaurant called Alberto's in Forest Hills.
He looked like a big fat cat politician.
Expensive suit, hairstyle and manicure.
Over the years - I've wavered in my opinion of him.
I hear him interviewed on the local radio shows.  
This puts the nail in his coffin - as far as my opinion goes - I'm not one of his constituents though.
Sorry for the long story - but Mord's post made me think of him.

Was any food left for others at the Octoberfest or did he eat it all.Someone once said they went to an event and they had hot plates on the table he finished  2 of them that were there for like 15 people and asked for more
