Slovenia?
« on: November 01, 2007, 09:10:52 AM »
What is the Serbian opinion on Slovenia?  From what I know, Slovenia, and its people, seem to be alright.

In thy power Almighty, trusting,
Did our fathers build of old;
Strengthen then, O Lord, their children
To defend, to love, to hold
That the heritage they gave us
For our children yet may be:
Bondsmen only to the Highest
And before the whole world free.
As our fathers trusted humbly,
Teach us, Lord, to trust Thee still:
Guard our land and guide our people
In Thy way to do Thy will.

Its ok if you're not a Gypsy, Serb, Croat, Bosnian Muslim or anyone else but Slovenian.

In 1992 they erased the 30 000 names of Serbs, Gypsies, Croats, Albanians - like administrated ethnic clensing, and forced them all out of country. They are known as 'Izbrisani' (Serbian Cyrillic: Избрисани ) Meaning ''the erased''. Italians and ethnic Hungarians are counted as 'old minorities' and are therefore not erased and allowed to stay.

These people above were wiped from constitution. 30 000 erased were forced to leave Slovenia.

Novembar last year however, nothing much changed, and Gypsies were forcefully expelled from their residences.

Evicted from their houses for being a gypsy is perfectly fine in Slovenia.

Its a small venomous country. I am sorry, I have nothing good to say about Slovenia and its role.

Read all about it here http://byzantinesacredart.com/blog/general/slovenia/

I thought thay you Serbs don't like Albanins, Croats and Gipsies too??? Are they pro Israel and/or pro US are they anti muslim? Xenophobia when not aimed against Jews is not bad thing. You shoud fear and abhore some xeno species.
I realy don't hear a lot about them which is good thing; they don't couse any problems. ;)
Jeremiah 8:11-17

11 They dress the wound of my people as though it were not serious. Peace, peace, they say, when there is no peace.

12 Are they ashamed of their loathsome conduct? No, they have no shame at all; they do not even know how to blush. So they will fall among the fallen; they will be brought down when they are punished, says the LORD.

13 'I will take away their harvest, declares the LORD. There will be no grapes on the vine. There will be no figs on the tree, and their leaves will wither. What I have given them will be taken from them.'

14 Why are we sitting here? Gather together! Let us flee to the fortified cities and perish there! For the LORD our God has doomed us to perish and given us poisoned water to drink, because we have sinned against him.

15 We hoped for peace but no good has come, for a time of healing but there was only terror.

16 The snorting of the enemy's horses is heard from Dan; at the neighing of their stallions the whole land trembles. They have come to devour the land and everything in it, the city and all who live there.

17 See, I will send venomous snakes among you, vipers that cannot be charmed, and they will bite you, declares the LORD.

We don't hate gypsies, they have all basic human rights in Serbia. They are just embarrassed that they are gypsies. And of course people in general consider them thieves and disgusting. And they are, but they are still considered human beings.

Croats are Nazi fascist Ustashas and yes they are pro USA.
USA helped them to establish an ethnic clean and independent Croatian state.

It's about Slovenia not Croatia; and people who kicked out Albenians and Croats can't be so bad. They make good farmacetics from Lek-Lublyana too.

Yes comrade

about Slovenia I know,

They were also very difficult and anti- Yugoslavian(Serbian) at the time.
But we never had  serious problems with Slovenia because we never had a strong Serb minority or community on their land.

There were of course some incidents with them during the collapse of SFRJ (Yugoslavia). They cowardly killed our soldiers during their aggressive way to independents.

First of all Slovenia supports independence of "Serbia's Jerusalem" Kosovo and Metohia.
Secondly while Serbia opened it's market for various Slovenian companies,Slovenians were not so willing to open their market for Serbia's companies,in fact Slovenia is doing everything to undermine any attempt of companies from Serbia to enter Slovenian market by various ways one among many is media propaganda that Slovenian products are the best and foreign products are poor quality-  "buy Slovenian product if you are a true patriot", "don't buy foreign stuff buy domestic product"etc.
And finally Slovenia as a member of UN and EU is doing everything to present Serbia across all International and European organisations both political and economic as country of war criminals and country which is guilty for war across SFRY during 1990s,which is a Big Lie.
War started in Slovenia when slovenian terrorist groups attacked regular Yugoslav army personnel.

No you're right. We don't like Croazis or Albonazis, but we have nothing against Gypsies. Roma population in some parts are poor, some steal other get involved in illegal activities. There are gypsies who are living normally, working, are not stealing or doing other illegal things.
They are excellent musicians too  :)

I don't feel sorry for Croats or Albanians, I was just illustrating the Slovenian superiority complex. They're all the same to me to be perfectly honest.
