I find that I cannot move/jump around the video. For a 2h video that is a big problem!

You should download and save on the desktop (or whatever), and then play it. What I do a lot of times is right click on the download buttom, then save target as , and then a new screen pops up and you click save.
While that is downloading, you can just click on play and watch the beginning of the video, and then later when the download is finished you can open the video and you will have no problem going from one part of the video to the next.
Good luck, tell me how it went. - their is also available in MP3 format where you can download it and put it on your ipod.

got it.
There are 3 downloads. hi quality, low quality, mp3
the "hi quality" one has the problem.
only the "low quality" and the mp3 , one can skip around.
Hopefully he always reads what is on the screen he shows, so far it looks like a he does.
