He is a pervert, and  certainly acts a bit feminine at times.  One of his early programs was as a chassid that walks down the street, and starts singing "I`m Shvitzing"  (yiddish for sweating). And he starts taking off his clothes, singing "I take off my hat, my lovely wooly hat, I`m shvitching, shvitzing". It was funny initially but got a bit disgusting when he is wearing tight Y front underpants and posing hiss leg at the camera, a bit feminine.

He has another character called Bruno who plays a homosexual from austria very convincingly. In that role he does not do anything perverted. Some of his speech is a bit perverted though. It is a very clever character. Here he interviews some neo nazis.

He mocked antisemitic by the singing of the "song" "Throw the Jew down the well".

I have never seen the film, but might someday. I absolutely believe Sacha Cohen is a self-hating worm (he married a Gentile), but there is value in revealing how much anti-Semitism lurks in America at large.

He is a proud Jew, he eats Kosher and keeps shabbat to an extent.  He's also lived in Israel.  His gentile wife converted to Judaism before he married her and they had a traditional Jewish wedding.

He's not self-hating at all, he's an upright Jew.

He's also a zionist.

He's not being anti-semitic, he's lampooning anti-semites. Much like liberal TV producers lampooned biggots with Archie Bunker, Alf Garnet and Eddie Booth.
Although a Zionist, he is a leftist, socialist one. He is a member of Habonim dror, and was a kibbutznik.
How do you know he's leftists ?
Some of the kibbutznikim are right wing and some right wing are socialists.

put aside the wrestling, what about other gross scenes inluding child pornography!!!???

don't remember that part...
Me niether

The part where he pulls out the picture of his nude son!

Some of his jokes are realy wulgar and heavy as german humour; I liked him making fun on antisemites and feminists but I woud not recomend him for children or sensitive persons; 2/3 is extremly funy rest is extremly discusting plus the nazi muslims think that Borat is antisemitic and they do like him. :-\
Jeremiah 8:11-17

11 They dress the wound of my people as though it were not serious. Peace, peace, they say, when there is no peace.

12 Are they ashamed of their loathsome conduct? No, they have no shame at all; they do not even know how to blush. So they will fall among the fallen; they will be brought down when they are punished, says the LORD.

13 'I will take away their harvest, declares the LORD. There will be no grapes on the vine. There will be no figs on the tree, and their leaves will wither. What I have given them will be taken from them.'

14 Why are we sitting here? Gather together! Let us flee to the fortified cities and perish there! For the LORD our God has doomed us to perish and given us poisoned water to drink, because we have sinned against him.

15 We hoped for peace but no good has come, for a time of healing but there was only terror.

16 The snorting of the enemy's horses is heard from Dan; at the neighing of their stallions the whole land trembles. They have come to devour the land and everything in it, the city and all who live there.

17 See, I will send venomous snakes among you, vipers that cannot be charmed, and they will bite you, declares the LORD.

I personally found this movie absolutely hysterical. I was literally crying thoughout most of the movie I was laughing so hard! I never interpreted what he did as being antisemetic, but that he was poking fun at antisemites. I think it's important to see that and realize that and understand the difference. I thought one of the funniest lines was when he was talking about going to California to meet Pamela Anderson, he insisted on driving to California because he didn't want to fly "In case the Jews did another 9/11." I cracked up laughing so hard at this since I realized that he was bashing all the 9/11 conspiracists who say that the Jews and the Zionists were behind 9/11. He was not bashing Jews when he said this.

The "Throw the Jew down the well" scene was not in the actual movie. I saw this video on youtube. What I found particularly disturbing was not so much Borat singing this song as much as the audience's positive response to this. Borat was just an act. But the people were all real. So their responses were not acts, it's how they really felt.

Adam, in that case, your mother could show you the movie and just skip past the naked fight between Borat and his friend Azamat because Borat caught him making "hand party over Pamela" :) It was the funniest scene in the movie as well as one of the funniest things I've ever seen, period. But the rest of the movie contains no nudity.

I gave this subject a little more thought and now I realize that maybe the movie did have some danger in that it was very popular with kids.  In fact, I remember seeing the movie in a theater mostly full of kids, even though it was rated R.  I think a lot of their parents took them for some reason (maybe they wanted to see it too).  I guess it is possible for a kid to be influenced by some of the satirical anti-semitic elements if they couldn't understand the sarcasm, though somes kids are smarter than we think.  I still think Cohen didn't mean to promote anti-semitism, and he isn't the gatekeeper responsible for who sees the film.

I don't get it! Why on earth would a "Jew" make or star in a movie where Jewish Law speaks against it??!!! >:(

"Hand party", why would a Jew make such a movie!?  >:( >:( >:(

This gives ammunition to anti-Jews.
