Who Was Responsible For Rabin's Assassination?

Yigal Amir was convicted of assassinating Bolshevik Israeli dictator Yitzchak Rabin. The assassination took place in November 1995, and Amir has been in prison since then, serving a life sentence.
There is no doubt that Amir killed Rabin. However, if Amir was entrapped by an Israeli government agent who convinced him to carry out the assassination, then who should be held legally responsible for the killing?
Amir was a young Sephardic Jewish member of Eyal, a supposedly right-wing organization which claimed to oppose Rabin's policies. The leader and founder of Eyal was Avishai Raviv.
It has now been officially revealed even by the left-wing Shamgar Commission that Raviv was an Israeli government agent and that Eyal was a group formed, funded and directed by Shabak (the Israeli equivalent of the FBI).

It further has been officially revealed that Raviv, acting as the classic agent provocateur, had long encouraged the assassination of Rabin.
Raviv encouraged literally hundreds of Jews, including Yigal Amir, to kill Rabin. Prior to joining Eyal, Amir never even thought about assassination. But under the charismatic spell of this Bolshevik rat Raviv, who posed as a right-wing patriot, Amir was convinced to carry out the deed.

Rabin himself knew about Eyal and Raviv. Rabin ordered the creation of this "right-wing" organization to discredit nationalist and religious Jews.
The Shabak plan was to get Amir to think that he would be assassinating Rabin, when in fact, Raviv was supposed to replace the bullets in Amir's pistol with blanks. Then, when Amir would fire the blanks and the attempted assassination would be averted, Rabin would be hailed as a great hero and the "horrible" right-wing, religious Sephardic Jews would be universally reviled.

In fact, Rabin's wife, Leah, stated publicly that she was not disturbed when she heard the shots being fired, because she was assured by her Shabak bodyguards that the shots were only blanks.
Journalists also heard police and security agents shouting "Blanks, blanks!" as Amir fired at Rabin. Many of them apparently also knew of the plot to stage an attempted assassination.
But something went very wrong with the Shabak plan.

Raviv did indeed replace the bullets in Amir's pistol with blanks. However, Amir checked the bullets in the pistol, discovered that they were blanks, and then replaced the blanks with real bullets again.
So what was supposed to be a staged attempted assassination turned into a real assassination.
In all truly democratic countries, when a government agent convinces a citizen to commit a crime that that citizen would not have committed had he not been persuaded to do so by the agent, the courts have always held that such persuasion constitutes entrapment.

In 1992, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Jacobson v. United States that law enforcement "may not originate a criminal design, implant in an innocent person's mind the disposition to commit a criminal act, and then induce commission of the crime so that the government may prosecute."
This legal concept is part and parcel of criminal law in every Western society.
Even in Bolshevik Israel, entrapment is not permitted in cases involving narcotics or other common crimes. Nor is entrapment used against Arab Muslim Nazi terrorist mass murderers.

What must every Western court do in the case of an entrapped defendant?

The court must acquit the defendant.
"If you find that the defendant has committed the offense but was entrapped by a government agent," judges are required to instruct American, Canadian, and British juries, "then you must acquit the defendant."
There is no doubt that Yigal Amir was entrapped by Avishai Raviv, the Shabak and the Bolshevik tyranny that rules over Israel.
Entrapment does not exist when a government agent merely facilitates what a defendant intended to do on his own. Thus, if someone was selling drugs and the government agent offers to assist them in selling a far greater quantity, that does not constitute entrapment.
A cowardly alcoholic who thought nothing of surrendering Jewish land and lives to Islamic terrorism, Yitzchak Rabin epitomized the arrogant left-wing elitism which characterizes the Israeli establishment - Rabin called innocent Jews murdered by Arab Muslim terrorists "sacrifices for peace"

But if a citizen like Yigal Amir was never involved in illegal activity and never even thought of carrying out an assassination, and then only after intensive and constant persuasion by a charismatic government agent was finally swayed to do so - this is the clearest and most flagrant form of entrapment possible.
In any truly democratic society, Avishai Raviv and his bosses in the Israeli government who would be charged with Rabin's assassination.

Yigal Amir is innocent as a matter of law because he was entrapped by a government which set out to manufacture rather than prevent an illegal act.
Isn't it a disgrace that JTF does not have millions of dollars to reach all of the Jews in Israel with this vital message? Especially now when most Israeli Jews are very disappointed with how the war in Lebanon was conducted, and are very fearful about the future. The
