Couple questions on maximizing YouTube effectiveness
« on: November 13, 2007, 02:01:22 AM »
I usually go through and give a "thumb's up" to positive comments to the videos and mark Marbus2 and other idiots down.  Is it better to mark them down or to mark them as spam?  anyone know if this boosts ratings?  Of course after you do some it says you have to "wait a minute"...grrr...

Also, is it best to post a text comment directly on the video, or to reply to someone else making a comment?  I don't know how the YouTube ranking algorithm works and if replies to comments make it look like there's more "discussion".
