Your right, terror is the only language they understand. The Jewish hero David Raziel understood this, thats why when Muslims started pulling a terror campaign in the 1930's he stopped them cold by intentionally killing Arab men women and children civilians. They were terrified of him because he didnt believe in fighting with Western (im)morality, but instead with the Torah for guidance.
