California Arsonist Child Not To Face Charges

Yes... after seventeen destroyed homes, countless innocent forest animals burned to death and millions of dollars spent to fight the fire, the ten-year-old delinquent slimeball, known as a troublemaker to neighbors and the ADMITTED perpetrator of the fire, will not be charged! 

Isn't this lovely? 

As atrocious as this pusillanimous, politically-correct decision was (can any of you imagine a white kid who started a fire on a black person's property not being hauled off and the key thrown away?), what is even more galling are the words of all the local residents, as shown on local network news, who agreed with this abomination.

(Of course, it is entirely possible that many neighbors thought the bastard should be charged and these opinions were not aired.)

*Note: Local talk radio around here is airing the rumor that the child and his family were possibly (illegal) immigrants who worked as ranchhands at the horse stables of the property where the fire originated. That, if true, would be even more of a reason for our limp-wristed faggot DAs not to charge them.

It's not necessarily a politically correct decision more than a decision consistent with our criminal justice system's belief that one must have some sort of a culpable mental state to be charged with a crime.  Even if they decided to go ahead with charges it would be impossible for a prosecutor to convict him because the kid didn't have the intent to start a wildfire.  This isn't an issue with our criminal justice system, it's an issue that has to do with our willingness to allow illegal immigrants into the country with impunity.  This kid should have never been in the U.S. to begin with if he is in fact illegal.

The BS about juveniles not knowing right from wrong is palpable!

Here is the test:

When a 'child' stabs another child, ask that child if he'd like to be stabbed too. If he says no, he knows it's wrong. Simple.

A kid knows right from wrong at age six! I'd execute that little bugger. Bad seeds should be poisoned, not nurtured.

When he stabs another kid, of course he knows it's wrong, but it's harder to say that he knows what he's doing is wrong when he is throwing matches or playing with fire.  Maybe I'm just sympathetic because I was a pyromaniac as a young boy.
